An historical account of the household statutes and ordinances of Thomas Cranmer, Archbishop of Canterbury. The account is in a 16th century hand and appears to have been written in the time of Archbishop Matthew Parker. The text implies that Cranmer's orders and statutes had continuing validity. Examples of the practices enjoined by the statutes are given, ranging in date from 1561 to 1566. 'Orders'. With examples of practice from 1561 to 1566, some with the initials of the Comptroller of the Household of that time, 'N. N.'
