Foliated 1-56, 58-228. Collation: 1-13(12); 14(14) (ff. 158-71); 15(12); 16 ten; 17-18(12); 19(12) wants 12 blank. Quires 1-11, 15 numbered at the end I-XI, I. Initials: (i) blue and red, with red and violet ornament; (ii) 2-line, red with violet ornament or blue with red ornament; (iii) in the table of chapters, 1-line, blue or red. Secundo folio 'nec succensent'.
