Binding with Byzantine and western structural and decorative elements. The codex has encountered previous repairs and rebinding. Brown tanned skin over wooden boards. Tooled in blind with fillets and small tools. Decorated endbands extending over the board edges. Decorated brass clasp and catch-plate fastenings have been added on the covers.
